Our systems-based approach focuses on key drivers that accelerate long-term impact for our clients, their stakeholders, and society.
Pellegrino Collaborative starts every project by listening and asking questions. We make sure that we know your organization and the challenges and opportunities you face. Only then do we start work. We're committed to forming deep, collaborative relationships that are responsive to your mission, values, structure, budget, and schedule.
Depending on the project scope, these are some of the core elements of our process:
Identify team; download institutional knowledge; interview key stakeholders; determine alignment
Define goals, objectives, and measurement; identify resources, timeline, and roles; develop strategic plan
Engage strategic partners; design programming; map implementation plan
Launch; execute; messaging and communications
Measure + Refine
Interview stakeholders; storytelling; measure impact; recommendations and refinement
Out of a desire to leverage her background in business and non-profit development to serve the greater good, Andréa Pellegrino launched Pellegrino Collaborative in 2010, where she engages a network of multi-disciplinary collaborators to develop a broad range of socially responsible solutions for corporate, agency, and non-profit clients.
Prior to launching Pellegrino Collaborative, Andréa Pellegrino was a Partner and Director of Social Innovation at Worldstudio, where she applied her expertise in strategic planning, coalition building, and communications to develop and implement socially responsible strategies, partnerships, and programming for the firm's non-profit and corporate clients.
She joined Worldstudio after a three-year tenure as the Director, Strategic Alliances at AIGA (the professional association for design), where she led revenue growth strategies; worked with corporate, media, and non-profit clients on strategic partnership programs; and communicated the value of AIGA to the business community, civic leaders, non-profit organizations, and the general public.
Her early career was spent in the media field, learning the business side of magazine publishing at American Express and The New Yorker. She went on to lead advertising and marketing teams for Jonas Publishing, Macmillan Publishing and, most recently, Print and HOW magazines.
Andréa graduated with a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and attended the Business Perspectives program at Harvard University. She leads a series of workshops on implementing social change and is a former executive board member of Icograda, the world body for communication design.
