Beth Haddock is a social responsibility and regulatory attorney specializing in building and managing governance programs. She is a founding Principal at Warburton Advisers providing governance, compliance, sustainability, and other due diligence services to impact investing firms, non-profits, and other organizations. She also serves as a Trustee and Corporate Secretary for the Brooklyn Music School Board and is an adjunct professor at Mercy College teaching Business Law & Ethics and International Business and Sustainability.
Previously, Beth helped establish the global compliance programs at Brown Brother Harriman and Guggenheim Investments as Chief Compliance Officer. She earned the Sustainability as a Business Enabler certification at Yale University School of Management and moderated industry discussions at conferences such as Social Capital Markets and symposiums on current practices and emerging trends in sustainable business models at Hofstra.
