Chris DeSantis has over 20 years of experience in marketing communications, strategic planning, organizational change, business development, and philanthropy, spanning both the non-profit and corporate sectors. Her early career was spent leading corporate and foundation fund sourcing for non-profit organizations such as God's Love We Deliver (an NGO that provides services for homebound people with HIV/AIDS) and WNET (a New York City-based, PBS affiliate). She then went on to lead business development, marketing, and communications functions for AXA Financial.
With a diverse professional background as a problem solver, change agent, and key communicator—and a personal mandate to serve a just and greater good—she currently provides services to not-for-profit organizations and businesses in the areas of strategic planning, business development, marketing communications, organizational change, and process improvement.
In addition to her consulting practice, Chris is a co-founder and board director of How Women Give, the philanthropic arm of How Women Lead, a network-based organization of the top women leaders in the San Francisco Bay Area.
